Our "cosy retreat" offers warm and comfortable accommodation throughout the year.

The beautiful hand-crafted kitchen/diner really is the focal point of the cottage. Fully equipped with oven, hob, refridgerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, table and chairs you'll find yourselves spending a lot of time here!

The lounge with its wood burner and a supply of logs, television and stereo system is the place to wind down after the day's activities.

The fully appointed bathroom has a brand new Victorian style suite comprising a full sized bath with shower over and glass splash panel, Wash-hand basin, WC, and radiator with heated towel rail.

The two bedrooms (one Double and one Twin) have stunning views of Llanymynech Rock. The twin bedroom has a further mattress under one of the beds in case you have a fifth guest.(when the mattress is used It makes the bedroom a bit of a squeeze but we do not charge extra for the use of this facility)

Outside there is a well-stocked Cottage garden to the front of the cottage. You can relax on the bench and enjoy the garden, or pass the time of day with the friendly locals. To the rear of the cottage is an off-road parking space and a raised terrace with a table and chairs and a Barbeque for those summer nights!

Note: We wish to advise customers that the height of some doorways means that people over six foot three inches tall may bang their heads in places. Please contact us for further information.

Llanymynech is an attractive village half in England and half in Wales, with beautiful views over Llanymynech Rock. The village boasts three great pubs, two in England and one in Wales. In addition there are Indian and Chinese takeaways within walking distance. Golfers will be amazed at the views from the Llanymynech golf course where a young Ian Woosnam learnt his game.
