| Booking |
Once you have found the perfect holiday villa or apartment, booking is easy.
A 20% deposit will be required on booking and the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival date, if booking is within 8 week period, then the full amount is required on booking.
Making Payments
Booking payments can be made via Bank transfer, credit card payment online or Paypal
Security Deposit
On arrival a damage/security deposit of around 10,000 Baht will be required, this amount may be higher for certain properties. When you check out after an inspection this money will be returned to you. The only other deductions from this security deposit maybe utility bills. (Electric usage)
Cancellation
When a booking is confirmed with the deposit, on cancellation the deposit is not refundable as the property had been held for your stay.
Utility Bills
Water and electricity is metered for all properties they will be read on arrival and departure.
When you check out the costs will be deducted from your security deposit and the balance repaid to you. |

This Villa is easy for any taxi driver to locate as it is located on the Royal Park village on the Thailands holiday resort of Jomtien
From Bangkok Airport
Leave the airport on motor way 7 heading for Chonburi (Pattaya), keep heading for Pattaya, after 1 hour 20 minutes, you will be forced to take a left on to Sukhumvit highway.
Turn right on to Thepprasit Road heading for Jomtien Beach, Travel down Tepprasit road as you see a 7 Eleven on the left, turn left, you are on the Royal Park Village.
