Double bed with single, with TV, and a seperate small double. Sofa bed for occasional guests.

Good touring area for Shakespeare country and the Cotswolds. Short breaks sometimes available

Fishing, riding, golf all nearby. Ideal for going to London on a day trip as Railway Station only 2 miles away. Many National Trust properties to visit. Stratford & Warwick Race-courses all within easy driving distance.
Good grocery shop within 2 miles open 7 days a week.
