Large CH radiator. Traditional Welsh blankets. All linens supplied. Red and white themed bunk bedroom very popular with teens and children but with two full size bunk beds. Individual privacy bed curtains and reading lights. Desk area. Traditional Welsh blankets. Lots of children's books and games. Two bathrooms incl. power shower, bath and bidet. Many toiletries supplied inclusing WC roll. Large modern, well-equipped kitchen/diner - washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, double oven electric cooker, large fridge-freezer, stainless steel overmount sink pot bellied stove. All kitchen linens supplied plus lots of little extras such as olive oil, sauces, condiments, and a welcome pack (wine, our own free-range eggs, luxury biscuits or home made cakes - even a canine welcome pack if required. Pale lemon limewashed lounge with huge inglenook and woodburner. Logs provided. Two very comfortable sofas, TV/DVD/video/CD player, games and lots of books. Beautiful hand hooked rug. We do not charge extra for well-controlled dogs. There is a gated and walled orchard and a walled front garden which are especially good for dogs but you are welcome to use any part of our 90 acres. Please bear in mind that sheep graze around the property and we have own own small flock of free range hens so do bring your pet's lead if you are unsure how your pet(s) will react to the wildlife! |

Attractions At the top of our land you have a wonderful view of Mount Snowdon - our tallest mountain. The Watkin Path is just 3 miles from the door - this will take you to the top of Snowdon. Our nearest mountain is just up the valley - Cnicht and there are some beautiful lakes en route ideal for a picnic. Lots of walks straight from the door and lots of maps and guide to help you plan. |

Weekly rates from £420.00 with a maximum of £920.00 in high summer. Christmas and New Year £820.00 and we always dress the house for the festive season and provide crackers. We try to be flexible with start dates and offer last minute long weekends and short breaks wherever possible - ask for prices. | |

An email enquiry is usually answered within 24 hours unless our internet connection is down (it can happen as our telephone line runs through the trees). A provisional booking can be made by email or telephone and we then send our our Booking Form and Conditions. A period of 10 days is usually given to allow the Form to be completed and returned with a cheque for the full amount (if a late booking - less than 6 weeks away) or a deposit of 25%. We also offer electronic transfers but cannot accept credit/debit cards at this time. Email reminders regarding any balance to be paid are sent out automatically. |

We email full Travel Directions upon receipt of rental fees but are more than happy to provide map references or other aids so that guests can find us on the map. Please note GPS is unreliable in such rural areas and we have no mobile reception in the mountains. |
